Thomas Philip is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Certified Auditor in the United Arab Emirates. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been in practice of the profession since 1978. He is the founder of Philip McMillanWoods Chartered Accountants (formerly Al Shaikh Auditing) in 2001 and has been exposed thoroughly to the accounting and finance environment in UAE. His expertise covers statutory audit, internal audit and consulting services.

Abraham K Mathew is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 38 years of experience in auditing, business consultancy, data analytics and taxation in both UAE and Oman. His vast and diverse experience makes him an expert in various matters especially those related to International Financial Reporting Standards, with a particular focus on interpretation and disclosures and International Standards on Auditing along with expert knowledge of CaseWare auditing software. He has expertise in performing high – financial analysis and proficient in implementing online accounting systems & accounting packages. He had been part of the executive committee of ICAI Oman Chapter during 1992-93.

Arjun Ravi is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – UK and Accountants & Auditors Association – UAE with over a decade of experience in Audit, Accounting and Finance Industry. His core expertise is in External and Internal Audits of Companies in varied industries such as: Manufacturing, Construction, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals, General Trading, Restaurants and Hotels, Insurance, Service Sector, Real Estate etc. His other prolific professional exposures relate to Due-Diligence & Business Valuations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Fraud Investigations and other Agreed Upon Procedure Engagements for several large and small entities. He is also a subject matter expert in IFRS, Economic Substance Regulations (ESR), Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Regulations, Anti – Money Laundering Regulations (AML), US GAAP & FRS – 102 (UK GAAP). Before joining PMcM, he was leading the Finance Team at ‘Halliburton Worldwide Ltd’ for its oil and gas operations in UK, India, Ghana, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Cyprus and Malaysia.

Jayapal Ramasamy is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, Institute of Chartered Accountants, Singapore, the Institute of Certified Management Consultants and Certified Public Accountant, Australia. He played an important role in developing the McMillan Woods International Network, particularly in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan & Srilanka.  He is an educationist in various institutions and is still very actively involved in the development of the accounting and academic profession. He has assisted in many publications of technical issues mainly concerning audit & assurance compliance, taxation etc. He also lectures extensively and conducts professional seminars in various technical areas related to the audit and accounting profession. His industry expertise covers business and academic associations, listing exercises in overseas countries, tax legislative changes, government audits etc.
